A meta-individual in the form of a plural thought-creature, with the help of digital communication technologies in clicks and scrolls, discovers disembodied and mind-expanding forms of perception and touch. The human and the Digital Object Memory (DOME) are fused into a large lump, out of which associative bodies flare up as thought carriers of a contemporary sense of time. As soon as they gain shape they liquefy again, keeping the precise setting of the plot from the listener. Sentence fragments from streams of thought, dream sequences, and clouds of theory are assembled into mobile thought structures using multi-layered rhythms of speech and song. They are rebuilt at an advancing pace, propelled to the limits of the possible. Projecting on stage and supported by three performers, the heads of Polyphrenic Creatures travel as living still lives through a softsonic sponge landscape of synapse fields, memory craters, and crumbling information facades of symptomatic events. A live audio drama and audiovisual immersion that invites listeners to take a dip in a mental, sensual spectrum of linguistic and bodily states of liquefaction. Listening becomes a dynamic form of action.
